I’ve taken this in the goop form before but it gets hard in the container, can’t get it out and I forget to put it in coffee or tea all the time.I got this and it sure taste like the goop version but I got used to it and like the taste now. Been taking this about a week and I feel physically better with much more energy..like much more than I had in the goop form and it’s super easy to take and throw in a bag.Highly recommend.

This stuff is awesome. Ive been using it for a week now. And no lie I felt the effects on day two. I have way more energy in the gym. And I don’t feel that sick emptiness after a rough workout. 10 out of 10. And it helps with blood flow in the bed room which is always a plus ! It doesn’t taste great but knowing it works I don’t even care I lick the spoon clean lol

I bought it for myself but ended giving it to my boyfriend due to getting pregnant. He’s been taking it for about 2 months now and said he wakes up hard every morning again like when he was a teenager. Also, I noticed his face is getting more clear. Ive been taking this stuff for about 2 and half months now and I love it. I used to get really bad anxiety driving to work and I used to hide it my bedroom all weekend and just watch TV in the dark. Now I just want to go places and ride around be out in the sun. I dont feel like everyone is staring at me all the time and even if they did I dont care anymore. My stresslevel has went down a lot. Im not going to say I dont have bad days but they are a lot fewer now then before. I dont get that overwhelmed feeling where I want to flip out anymore which used to be like 6 times a day. Im partially autistic and its helped me manage that better as well. I got a better job and everything. I really believe it was from taking this. I didnt notice the difference until about 30 days in ans I probably took more then I was suppose to but whatever its working. I even got some the honey sticks for when im at work might be all in ky head but I feel like it helps me focus. I usually dont buy Tikytoky BS but this one was diff and was worth a try. Ill try anything on amazon. I love the little kit they give you as well. It's cheap enough to get thr 2 pack deal and try it for 2 months. I mix mine with hot water and then I use strawberry lemonade packets in a separate water bottle and mix them to cool the shilajit and hot water down to drink and it mask the flavor pretty well.

I've been using shilajit for years. (You don't take it constantly, it's best to cycle on and off). I bought this product in October when my usual brand was unavailable, and I did not try it until this week. This is clearly cut with something oily and disgusting, probably mineral oil. It is not a proper resin.It's important to know that shilajit is always an acquired taste. A good quality shilajit has a strong, smoky resin taste that is something like very thick smoked fermented tea. It's enjoyable when you are accustomed to it. This however tastes rancid, and is a liquid that slides right off the ridiculous fancy scoop that's included. The taste is truly awful, and because it is an oil and not a resin, it is almost impossible to get the taste out of your mouth afterward.I will never waste money on this brand again, I will always wait for a trusted seller to stock mine. If you have tried this brand and think that you do not like shilajit or that it does not work for you, I suggest trying again with a reputable seller. This brand comes in obnoxious unnecessarily fancy packaging with lots of "guarantees" printed on it, but anyone who is actually familiar with shilajit will be wildly disappointed.From the good reviews I imagine there must be someone selling this brand who actually sells proper shilajit, but this is where I purchased it, and you do NOT want to buy yours here. If I had opened it sooner I would have returned it, but now all I can do is order from a reliable source instead and throw this bottle away. I do not recommend this item to others. Please buy it somewhere else.

I don’t know how you all are eating these gummies. The first time I chewed them up I couldn’t get rid of the ash/charcoal taste in my mouth for HOURS and its awful. Even tried brushing my teeth to no avail. I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what but have to chop the things up tiny to just swallow and pray my body digests them that way. I do feel an uplift in energy on the days I take them but not much else yet. I’ll try to finish the whole box and update again but likely won’t be purchasing the gummies again.

you have been thinking about trying shilajit but do it. Ive been on it for a month now and I dont hurt nearly as bad. The every day aches and pains is almost gone. The only thing that still hurts is my lower back and left shoulder but thats from breaking them. I broke my left shoulder twice and had reconstructive surgeries on it. I broke my lower back in 2 places in a car wreck. But the shilajit has even helped both of those. I got more energy I just over all feel better. I use the betteralt brand. If you try it. Your first week your energy level will fall off but after your first week yull notice it levels out and your not as tired. So if your thinking about trying it do it.
