ColumbiaWomen's Arcadia II Jacket

I purchased this jacket for a trip to Ireland, where it rains daily. I wore this jacket for 8 days straight. It works as a windbreaker as well as a rain jacket. Most days I had a fleece jacket on under my rain jacket and my fleece stayed dry. This rain jacket does exactly what it claims. I'm very happy with my purchase. During very heavy rain, I recommend fully zipping the jacket to keep rain from coming though by your neck. The jacket dries out quickly. We would be out in the rain for extended periods of time and after 10 minutes or so in the car, the jacket was dry.The jacket has 2 zippered pockets, which kept items dry. When I got home from my trip, I washed the jacket on a gentle cycle and hung it to dry. I purchased the purple color and it is beautiful! If you plan to wear this as I did with layers, go up a size. I normally wear a medium, but ordered the large and was happy with how it fit with layers underneath. A little tip for anyone traveling, to protect the lining, I recommend zipping the jacket and closing the velcro for transporting the jacket. The lining on mine didn't get damaged, but looks like it could easily. i was always careful with my rings as I put my arm through the sleeves.

Great lightweight rain jacket with hood. The lining is mesh so it's not going to provide much warmth. No bag for storing. Fit was good based on Amazon size recommendation(XL) however I'm broad shouldered and want it to fit loose. Sleeves a little long but velcro makes it easy to adjust. 195lbs, 5'1" 42D

Was looking for a rain jacket that wasn’t heavy with pockets and a hood. This fits all the criteria. Fits well and is a quality jacket. Not very thick but still keeps you comfortable and protects in the rain. I got the XL since I wanted it to be a little baggy. Not sure how it holds up in Florida torrential downpours yet, but it worked well for some light rainy weather on a trip to Boston.

Not so form-fitting and does not come with bag to transport but it is good quality and quite waterproof

Excellent fit for curvy ladies. Hips that need covering this size 2x was a blessing to have a perfect match. Cover is pale yellow which enhances the material to perfection. Columbia had achieved an above value to their name.

Very pretty color, smooth, and funtionable raincoat. The sleeves adjust well. A little hard to zip and unzip due to the velcro always in t he way...but definitely not a deal breaker.

It fits well, works well and I love the color but the material rustles when worn. I wish they used a different material.
