It's an aesthetic piece, I bought for my office space. It was so easy to assemble. It works so silently and has wonderful features, comes with a touch display and a remote control which makes it so convenient to operate. It is so light weight and has an inbuilt lamp with different modes which can be changed accordingly. Gives cooling effect in every corner of the room. I returned this product the day I received it after some initial checking. I am a user which is against the use of AC so I want capable fan, My points are,1) The blade size is too small compared with table fan so the air is only enough for one body part like chest. The head, the hand and legs have to wait for air for half an hour till the fan rotate very slowly.2) Oscillation speed sucks. It is too slow that we have to wait a while for air till the fan came in front of us.3) Tilt angle for lower side is not suitable if person sleep on floor. On the floor person not feel any breez of Air.4) Shaft of the fan have to be strong and broad. I feel it like a delicate branch which can brake anytime if collapsed.Otherwise speed, air cooling capacity, modes, functions are great in this fan. Prise is no matter but if company solves the above points then it will be beneficial for the customers like us who are concerned about the environment and against the use of AC unit.

We are not sure about after sales service. Why this has not been mentioned? Why written manual is absent ?

I sometimes feel suffocation in the living room that is why I ordered it. Fan speed is high and it operates silently. It has remote, no bother in controlling the fan. BLDC motor is energy efficient that is one major reason to invest in this. It is a bit expensive than other fans but in some time it pays off because electricity bills will be less. Sometimes I keep this fan running from morning to evening. Good for other use as well for parties and family functions. Look wise it is elegant and premium.
