This is ok. I bought it to keep track of heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep. However, I have to download another app to track blood pressure and that is a monthly charge. Other features require downloading apps with monthly charges as well, so I am disappointed with this watch. I do like that I can buy other bands and watch frames to change the look of the watch from plain/functional to quite dressy. The watch appears to be quality. I like that I can change the face of the watch. I chose Mickey Mouse. He tells me good morning, and his big, white-gloved hands point out the time while he taps his foot. There is a variety of other faces to choose from. At night the display is giant numbers so sleepy eyes in the dark can see the time. It charges up fast. It was very easy to pair with my iPhone. I can use the timer for when I am on my stationary bike or doing other activities like walking. There are apps included for walking, biking, etc.

If you have an iPhone this a great smartwatch, especially for keeping track of workouts and sleep data. Everything else it does is gravy and often convenient. I wish the battery charge lasted a little longer, but there are setting changes you can make to extend it beyond 24 hours (there are YouTube videos on this). Charging takes about an hour and a half. I do like the fact that the battery can be replaced. I bought this watch to replace a smartwatch from another company (will go unnamed). When the battery would no longer charge, I found out the whole watch had to be replaced.

I love this watch and the many watch faces it offers. My grandchildren love the Mickey and Minnie talking faces that read out the time

Bought this for my son in college who wanted to track his physical activity and participate in some family and friends challenges in Apple Health. He did some research and found this model has the perfect balance of features and functionality for this price point. Looks great and is holding up nicely. Battery life is not as good as a FitBit but on average for Apple Watches in general, lasting around a day and having to charge at night. Would be great if battery life lasted longer or if it recharged much faster so you could wear more or less continuously enough to track sleep as well. Of course, along with an Apple iPhone, all the added functionality like texts and call alerts especially when your phone is away out of reach is great (if not more distracting when in class 😄) compared to an analog watch my son liked (versus digital ones) and used to wear before he finally gave in and chose Apple from among the myriad choices available today.

This is my second one, only down side is the battery life runs down after long use
