Cheaper on Amazon than direct with Trip. Been taking these for a week to try and help with my broken sleep. To be honest not seen any difference but they taste nice so ill taking them, maybe it takes a while!

They taste okay but they caused me to wake up more times in the night. They were worth a try but a very pricey mistake.

I feel like these are helping me rest better before bed, I stopped taking them in the morning as I think it was making me sleepier so I take them alongside my Known bedtime gummies, after I’ve drank my chamomile tea, Sainsbury’s bed time infusion tea (best tea for insomnia) and Chinese oolong tea (for mental alertness once I wake up and it promotes better quality sleep)

Your better off buying tablets far cheaper too expensive and tablets will last longer also had a reaction to them one eye puffed up did go down in the end after taking it but it’s not the point

These are great & taste really nice for those who don’t like pills etc.
