Very good product but made in China

I have been using tha coffee machine for last three months. Initially i have been struggling with its operations and let me tell you no customer support number etc is provided. So refer youtube videos. The advantages of this machine is its compact, sleek, takes less space and good for small families. You need to use only ground coffee powder else it will not work. You cant brew and steam simultaneously...once you have opted for steaming...if someone asks some extra cup.. you have to wait to machine to cool down. I am enjoying it everyday.

6 months after review:-It's working fabulous as it should like a new machine, brews out the best out of ground coffee. Material is stainless steel and it looks premium.

The media could not be loaded. At this price point I think this is the best expresso maker, using it for the last 1 month and quality is good. I upgraded to a bottomless portafilter which requires extra fine grind. And the frothing wand tip is of professional grade which really helps in producing microfoam silky milk for latte arts. Even with the provided pressurised busket it produces good decoction which is far better then a traditional moca pot.Use freshly rosted coffee beans for better results.Cons: the volume of extraction is not consistent , sometimes it extracts more sometimes less , so you have to keep an eye and stop the extraction of it prolongs.

I am writing this review after 10 days of use. We use cothas coffee powder 85:15 mix. As such the pack is coarse but we do grind a little. This powder we used in Kent espresso coffee maker. We take 90ml decoction for one big spoon powder. The quality of decoction is very good and gives superb aroma, freshness and rich coffee.(South Indian) operation is easy. Frothing is simple step. Clea ing also simple. On the whole product though expensive compared to normal coffee maker, the quality coffee we get from Kent expresso coffee machine. In our opinion the manual needs improvement. Service center details are not clearly mentioned. Based on Kent brand name we purchased. As such product is good.

The moment you use the milk frontier the machine does not allow you to make coffee unless you switch it off and on again. Otherwise it works well enough.
