The garlic powder was full of flavor and aroma that only a little amount would suffice in any recipe. It was a revelation to me that any garlic powder could be so good almost as good as fresh garlic.

This is my favorite pure garlic powder which I go through quickly. The price is much lower than many others that don’t taste or smell nearly as fresh. I’ve never had a problem with it clumping like the 365 organic onion powder which is good but so finely milled that it’s almost like setting powder / makeup and it turns into balls of hard sticky resin. This garlic powder is perfect for myriad Medical Medium recipes especially if you’re trying to avoid using salt, artificial flavoring, MSG or eating cheese of some sort. I can’t believe I just reviewed garlic powder. I’m that into it.
