Excellent product. No negative side effects and it seems to be effective. It's not taken as a single product so it does seen to complement the vitamins. Added to the vitamins, it seems to start the day a little better than before.

I’m sure it is a great product but it didn’t work with my stomach! I felt nauseous after I took it so I stopped taking it.
