Awkward to handle; push button and water container both need improvement
Unless you have a very strong finger, hand and arm, don't order this. It's very awkward to hold while trying to steam anything below waist level, especially if you have even one extension tube attached. The unit can't be set down in an upright position and it's much heavier if even one tube is attached. The push button is hard to keep down especially when you need the unit in different angles - there needs to be a "lock" choice to keep it down. The water container has a lame twist that is hard to tell if it's really on good enough. Mine fell off during operation, causing a mess. They could make the container to where an audible click is heard to lock and unlock it. The squeegee attachment is laughable due to poor design. I have to return this for a refund, as well as the Super Clean Kit that coordinates with the unit.

Does Everything I Need
I live in a very small NYC apartment, so I do not have much room for storage. No problem, this steamer can be dismantled and stores easily in my closet. There are attachments to do everything I need: rugs, floors, clothes, windows, furniture, walls, appliances. As soon as it arrived, I thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom, (The joy of only having 475 sq ft to worry about). I had been taking care of a friends cats and my apartment was smelling pretty ripe After throughly steam cleaning, thing smelled fresh and clean. I do wish that the water reservoir was a bit easier to take on and off and that the mop head were less floppy, but these are minor issues. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. If I could, I would give this steamer 4 1/2 stars. I love almost everything about it.

Good but still looking for better
The media could not be loaded. It worked well. Got my couch’s armrest pretty clean. I disliked how the nozzle didn’t lock in place. It turns a bit which makes getting the job done a bit more challenging. The steam quality is great. There was slight leakage but nothing too worrisome.
