Works very well I am a CNA and even though I work night shift I still do rolling bending and some lifting.This has helped relieve a lot of pain in my back and body by helping me keep my posture.I still do my stretches along with wearing this product and that helps a lot.I recommend

I am 6 feet tall and weigh 185 pounds. My waist is 33 inches. According to the waist chart I should have bought a small size. Luckily I bought the medium. The medium says 35.4 to 41.3 inches for the upper waist but fits fine. The problem is because I am taller the waist belt rides up and hits my lower rib cage. When I pull it down lower then the back straps barely reach. I have to pull the waist belt down about every 15 minutes. If I tighten it too much then it is uncomfortable. The pictures show how it fits better on women because they are shorter but there are no pictures showing the vest on taller men. If you are as tall or taller than me the waist belt will ride higher above what I would call the stomach. I looked at other support vests and they are all one-size for height.

Looks like good quality, but it’s too small. I’m 6’3’ 230lbs. and the sizing chart said I should take a large and I don’t think they offered and extra large. So it looked like it had wide straps and rigid rods in the back like I wanted, but it was too small.

It really helped my back ache. It is exactly as it is advertised. Good product that was moderately priced

When I purchased this on May 29th of 2025, the rating was like 4.8 stars ⭐️, obviously it has dropped. I would still rate mine at 5 stars. It has helped with my back pain a lot. I’m 6’1” and weigh about 250 or less. It fits perfectly! I purchased the XL size. My upper waist is 47 inches. My actual waist is 38 inches.

1.) item appeared to be already used. There was what looked like a deodorant streak on the shoulder pad part which I’m assuming was in someone’s armpit at one point. It had some hairs and stuff on it like smaller hairs and dust but like stuff that wouldn’t be on it if it was actually brand new.I understand people trying to make a living but if you’re gonna sell me something that I have to clean deodorant off of maybe sell it at half price. I think it’s the greed of these sellers that highly irritates me.The bag was also opened in the box it didn’t even have a safety seal.2.) does it work? I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has a real injury or recovering from any kind of injury. Maybe it’s because mine was used but where it’s supposed to provide back support it left a big gaping hole in the back. It does pull the shoulders back but doesn’t provide back support. I will reiterate maybe that’s because mine was used by someone of a different size I don’t really know. But yeah….I would recommend if you’re okay with buying some you have to clean and pay full price for and if you just need it because you “forget to stand up straight” but as far as real support you’re better off spending a little more to get something that actually supports your back. It shows that it goes way farther down the back in the photos than it really does and I’m short and petite so that’s saying a lot.

It works pretty well. I wondered if it would make my back muscles weaker from relying on the brace but it doesn’t hold the back straight, it pulls on the front of the shoulders and is uncomfortable when slouching reminding you to stand up straight. It forced me use the right muscles to have good posture. It will take a while but I think over a few weeks it will help enough to not need it.The shoulder strap pads need to be washed more frequently than the rest of it so it should have included a couple extra pads to alternate for washing.

Although i needed to return the item because it was too big, i have to say that I was very pleased with the material bit more importantly with the size options. It is very jard to find things due to my size but this company has the option needed for big/heavy people.
