I have a force 8 half mask. would these a2p3 filters be needed to use when cleaning a bad case of wall mould? or would p3 do?

I purchased the A2P3 filters for fine dust and particles, so in my opinion it would be suitable for cleaning a bad case of mould. Whether you could use P3 instead, I couldn’t comment on; I think it would be best to refer to manufacturer guidelines.

are these the right filters for acid gas? I.E using an oxalic acid vaporizer ?

We would recommend the ABEK1P3 filters instead. Oxalic acid vapours would require the E element for acidic gas/vapours, as well as the particulate (P) element.
