Pricey - pluses and minuses
I buy this moleskine diary regularly. I particularly like the way I can put the tailored address book in the back pocket of the diary year after year. I also like the elasticated band which holds the diary together and the unusual size, different from many pocket diaries, which fits just so in my handbag pocket. I like the week to a view display - days on the left hand side a blank page for notes on the right hand side. The availability of different colours each year is also good - I chose a distinguished blue this year.I am however frustrated by the rising price of this diary - which makes you feel that repeat customers are taken for granted. The small address book for the inner pocket is no longer sold with the diary - and mine is filling up after several years. The £16 price compares badly with smart cloth pocket page to a view diaries sold at Oxfam for £3.99 and at Cancer Research for £1.99 - even though these do not have the right hand side notes page that I so like.

Disappointingly flimsy cover
I have used Moleskine products for a long time and ordered the soft cover diary to reduce the weight I have to carry in my handbag. The cover is surprisingly flimsy and thin, I doubt it will last the year. I am extremely disappointed by this, for the price I expect better. The quality isn’t what it was, the hard cover of my current diary started ripping a few months into light use and it shouldn’t have. This is definitely forcing me to rethink my loyalty to the brand.

The quality of the paper is worse every year
I've been using this planner since 2014 and every year the quality of the paper is getting worse and worse. The ink goes through the sheets and when you're going to write on the oposite side, everything's inked

Can always count on Moleskine
Great diary for work. Month overview at front of planner, week overview on one page and lined sheet for notes on the other page. Only down side is hard to determine the diary sizing when ordering if you are new to the brand. Their large size is actually A5 (which is a bit small if one has to take a lot of notes) so have to get the X-Large one which is slightly smaller than A4 size.

Large diary is actually quite small!
Argh!! You’re losing a star because of your rubbish description I do this every year! LARGE = A blooming 5!!!!!! (ie tiny!- half of A4!)Apparently I need Extra Large!! A4 ( Please describe this as A4 in future as it’s so misleading! I never have a ruler on me to confirm dimensions!)On the plus side these are gorgeous diaries, wish they did the A4 size soft cover in more colours than just black and red!Love that you can see a week to a page and have a page adjacent to write notes in, plus there’s a monthly overview too.Great!

Love Moleskin but feel robber
Love Moleskin diaries but accidentally ordered this thinking it was the A5 version as at £18 I wouldn't think it would be A6! I was wrong and as I had sent a few things back to Amazon at the time, I just could not face returning yet another item! be warned, its lovely but not as big as it needs to be for a 365-day dairy.

BEST diary ever
Fantastic diaries, now buy every year for my sis who loves them too. Neat & slim and love having a page on the right for notes, plus a pocket at the back. They survive a year of being really well used - and still look great. Choice of hard and soft backs. Soft backs are fractionally slimmer and lighter. I have the hard backs as love the cool colours which I change every year. Soft backs have a more limited choice of colours, but still good! Great piece of elastic holds everything in place when you put in extra bits and pieces, and holds the diary together in your bag. Don't hesitate to buy one!

Worthwhile
I like this diary for it's format and lots of space available for notes etc. A good alternative to an online or mobile diary - particularly as this diary can't start making alarm noises even though there is no appointment booked in!I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little more space and breadth to their diaries.
