Best Spinner Carryon Luggage
Only one negative - and it is more of an amusement and easily dealt with - so I'll get that out of the way first. The spinners on this luggage are so smooth (a positive not a negative) that if the bag is on anything other than level ground it might roll away from you, so keep your eye on it, or a hand on the handle. Otherwise ... there goes your luggage! I set it aside when unloading at the hotel to get another piece of luggage from the trunk of the car and when I turned around, it was rolling away from me! I had to run after it before it went in the street. Yes, that can be an issue, but easily solved. Keep an eye on your luggage which you should do anyway. Now for the good stuff! This carry on luggage is so easy to pack, so easy to handle and move with in the airport, and is incredibly well designed. One can imagine the thought that went into designing the compartments, and the features that we all want as travelers. I particularly like the storage area for a battery pack to charge my iPhone, laptop and AirPods. Never a need to look for an outlet and super convenient. The garment bag is also well thought out with a built in padded bar that helps you fold the bag for a perfect fit on the bottom of the luggage whichdoubles as a way to pad the bottom where the suitcase's handle bars are located. Durable, good looking and functional. There's a reason why this luggage was top-rated for value and function on NYTimes Wirecutter. You won't regret choosing this for your upcoming travel.

Absolutely the Best Luggage I’ve Ever Owned – Thoughtful Design & Incredible Features!
This may be one of the best pieces of luggage I’ve ever come across — hands down. The design is exceptionally well thought out. It's lightweight yet incredibly spacious, with smart storage everywhere you look. The interior features a removable hanging valet system that’s perfect for keeping clothes organized, plus massive storage pockets and deep front compartments — I can easily slip my laptop in the front section. There’s even a built-in charging port, which has been a lifesaver at airports!Beautifully crafted, sturdy, and packed with practical features, this luggage is a total game changer. If you travel often (or even occasionally), don’t think twice — this is 100% worth it.

Wonderful!
This is my second time buying this suitcase. It's the perfect dimensions for international travel to Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. Anything bigger they won't allow. Love the easy swivel wheels, the pockets, the internal accessories (detachable toiletries pouch, detachable suit bag, tighten down straps with pockets). Good color options and gest price point.

Small but amazing
Got this for my husband who can fit what he needs for a week trip just fine. It’s a little too small for my needs, but I’m tempted to learn to travel with less bc this bag is so lightweight, rolls so smoothly, and fits so easily in the overhead. Last trip, hubby wheeled my older Travelpro and I wheeled this. A couple of reviews complaint that it rolls too well and out of control. While it’s true that it will keep rolling if you let go, it stops easily if you rotate the suitcase. Sturdy construction, nice color. Waterproof insert for cosmetics or wets. Definitely on the spendier end for us, but it should last many years as have all our other Travelpro suitcases.

Waring: Travelpro Strands International Travelers – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their Warranty is a Lie!
This review isn't just about the bag itself – it's about Travelpro's catastrophic failure in customer support for anyone living, working, or traveling outside the United States. If you're an international customer, or plan to be, you need to read this before you make a costly mistake, because you could end up with a useless bag!Let's be 100% clear: Travelpro refuses to ship spare parts outside the US, even if the bag is under warranty, and even if you offer to cover the cost for the spare parts and the shipping fees, they will flat out refuse you! This isn't just inconvenient; it's a fundamental flaw that renders their warranty and their products useless for a significant portion of the global population. The bag is not cheap either.I speak from infuriating personal experience. While on an international trip, my Travelpro Platinum Elite 25-inch bag got damaged in transit. You'd think a premium travel brand would stand by its product, right? Wrong. I sent 10 emails trying to explain the situation and convince them to help. Their response was always the same: a refusal to ship any parts outside the US. Imagine being stranded with a broken, unusable bag and the company literally telling you they won't do anything. This company clearly does not care about the people who actually use their products around the world. While the bag's build quality isn't terrible, it has a significant design flaw that speaks to a lack of practical user testing. The main interior cover pocket opens downwards. If you lean the bag's lid against a wall (as most people do when packing or unpacking especially while in a hotel), opening this pocket means everything inside will spill out onto the floor. It's a minor annoyance compared to the spare parts debacle, but it's indicative of a company that doesn't fully understand real-world travel needs. If you are an international traveler, or if you ever leave the US, do yourself a massive favor and look elsewhere. Make sure they offer an international warranty and actually stand behind it. Because Travelpro does not!I even have a YT vid entitled Travelpro 25in Platinum Elite Expandable Softsided Spinner Luggage Review, and I list reasons why you should avoid this bag anyway, but that review was before I experienced their appalling international customer service. This company needs to rethink its global strategy, or frankly, get out of the international market entirely. Until they fix this glaring, anti-customer policy, they deserve every penny they lose.Save your money, save your sanity, and buy from a company that actually supports its customers worldwide.
