Please do not buy. This was my second order. As I did not use my first one immediately , I was little apprehensive. Once I started using it I had no impact on my blood sugar. I ordered again. Thinking ayurvedic medicines may have short shelf life. But the new one I ordered is also not working at all. 0 impact on blood sugar

I've tried few different supplements to help me loose my evening sugar cravings and weight problems. This one is working great (I get 1 dinner and one at evenings) and I see a difference when I leave most of chocolates or even not bother anymore for nights cravings. I've already bought the product twice and I'm really happy with it. I take a this tablets with every meal. Since I have been taking the capsules regularly, my blood sugar measurements have been lower, i.e. improved, after meals. I will therefore continue to order the product and take it regularly every day.
