Trade Like A Stock Market Wizard: How to Achieve Superperformance in Stocks in Any Market Hardcover – March 21, 2013

I’ve started investing last 2015 but I have little to no progress. Last year the pandemic hit, lost my job due to covid. I decided to trade with my savings. But before that, I committed myself to improve and learn. Thankfully I bumped to this book. Since then, I more than doubled my account. Looking back, I see why I’m not profitable. I give this book one of the best trading book ever.

This is a book for shorter term trader instead of longer term investor. Contains wisdoms of human psychologies on trading that won’t change for foreseeable future. I find the chapter regarding risk management most valuable and insightful. Make me learn about human irrationalities and how to overcome those to achieve super performance. 5 stars for the revelations!

It is poorly written, needs editing. Repeats itself (not in an educationally reinforcing way either, more because it is poorly planned and constructed), redundant info, filler etcBut most of all, it doesn't actually reveal anything of value, namely, his SEPA method. It DOES NOT tell you how he selects stocks beyond vague inference. At first glance you think it does, but after a full reading you'll go back and try to find something firmly actionable, and you wont. For that you have to sign up to his website. This book is basically marketing.Good to read if you want an idea about the kind of things he is looking at. Which is not anything unique.I feel like a sucker.
