We use this whenever we are sick. It helps if used right when starting to feel sick. I think it even helps us to fight it off sometimes. We use a couple squirts in our throat every hour or so. Great product for the price. Lasts quite awhile too.

YES YES YES! this is a miracle worker - the minute you feel a sore throat coming on, use it and you'll feel better almost immediately. i firmly believe it helped counteract colds and sore throats by its use - not the best tasting but if it makes me feel better, ill get over it
