Over the holidays I put on a few pounds - and when my weight goes up so does my cholesterol. Every morning I have a glass of water with 2 pills then have my coffee and start the day. Just ordered my second bottle. Went to primary the other day for him to check the numbers. Overall went down 19 pts, from 268 to 249. Tri and all the others are now hovering the border line. Note, I did gain 10 pounds since July when last checked. I'm in mid 40's and having some hormonal issues as well. I'm not crazy overweight - 5'6" and 160. Eat a healthy diet and exercise 5 times a week. But the holidays always add to the belly - I'm from the south and we love to eat and drink! Really thought my numbers were going to jump but they went down and I truly think it was this that did it! No side effects and I have a sensitive system. Also note: my hips no longer ache! Hmmm could it be this?!?! I am a life time customer!

I have always been impressed with the benefits ACV provides, but I do not like the taste of the liquid. I also had concerns about the effect it can have on tooth enamel. When I learned that it can be taken in the form of a supplement, I began researching which one to take. I considered 3 different gummies, but decided on this capsule because of the high amount of ACV per serving (1000mg vs. 550mg in the gummies). I also like that it is made with "The Mother". I am looking forward to all the benefits ACV provides--weight loss, balancing cholesterol, regulating blood sugar levels, and reducing bloating in the gut. And for 60 servings, the price was just right.

It makes me very bloated. Not sure if it the ACV they use . I have been having ACV from GNC for a long time and it worked very well. Unfortunately it is not available now.

I just received my 2nd bottle of ACV!!I am so happy to have found this company. I love that I can trust that what I am putting in my body is safe and natural!!I struggled doing ACV shots but really wanted the benefits of ACV. This pill is the best alternative, tasteless and is easy to swallow with the benefits.I have an undiagnosed stomach condition similar to IBS and have tried many pills and other remedies to help with constipation and bloating. These pills have helped so much. I take 2 in the morning and occassionally one as needed.I also take them to help stop cravings.

I was critical of anything over the counter that could help my diabetes. This however has helped greatly. I have went from testing in the 180’s daily to 150’s with not changing anything other than taking one pill in the am and one at supper. I am sold on them.
