Solid addition to my gear lineup. I've been searching for a replacement pair of chest waders for when I'm fishing deeper water or running longer runs on streams. Sometimes the old hip waders are not long enough. I needed something trustworthy (IE: no leaks!) and not too heavy (On the wallet or weight wise). This pair fit the bill really well. I was impressed with the seem seals as well as the zipper seals. They are not the same as a part you will spend 100's of dollars on but for the dozen or so times I use them a season, I don't need that. This is perfect for the average fisherman (or woman!). The true test is longevity, but based on what I'm seeing on the construction, I'm expecting it to last.The only addition I'd like to see is the ability to add felt soles (or half felt). In some situations, felt can hold better than the lugs on slippery rocks. I chose these lugs because they fit more use-cases.Recommend these.

These are my first waders in a long time. The seem well built, for the price they are great. I haven't gotten a chance to put them through their paces yet but I will soon on an upcoming trip. They are lightweight and are well sealed so we will have to see how they hold up, They fared well in a recent downpour but that was to be expected. There is a lot of adjustments so no matter your size they should work. I am definitely an 11 and they fit true. The insoles that came with them aren't very good at all but I have plenty of insoles that I can put in for better support and comfort. 1 gripe, I wish the soles were a little better. They are fine but I wish they were a little better/sturdier rubber with a little more grip

Great Waders At A Super Price.The Calamus WaveWalker waders are great quality and the fit is accurate to shoe size. I noticed first that they are very comfortable top to bottom. The material seems to be heavy duty and and they are well reinforced at all wear points. The boots are comfortable and have very rugged construction. The provided pockets carry those essentials needed including a water resistant zippered pocket. The 2-way design is nice on shallow water use for warmer days.

The waders are made with quality in mind. The boots provide a comfortable fit and have the tread to handle wading in various conditions, making them very functional. Due to the waders fit being based on shoe size, some wearers may find the inseam a little short. The extra cushioning in the knees provides the necessary padding needed when kneeling. The shoulder straps are wide, providing more comfort than thinner straps. Due to hotter weather, I have not had the opportunity to wear them in the water to prove their waterproof capabilities, although based on the thickness of the material, I am confident that these waders will provide warmth in colder waters. If there were more sizing options, I would have given these waders 5 stars. I highly recommend these waders for anyone who wants quality at a great price.

Nice convertible waders. These bootfoot waders will be perfect for my son on fishing trips or even early season hunting. So far I am impressed with the quality and flexibility of the material. While bootfoot waders fit a wide range of body shapes I appreciate the adjustability of the shoulder straps and the wading belt.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Size 11 just fit. I normally use 10W for shoes which give just a bit of room at the tip of my big toe. These 11’s and my toe touches. Not uncomfortable just touches. Other than that they worked well. I did not use the included inserts, just white cotton socks. I like the included boot hangers. No leaks on my set, adjustable straps worked great. Pouch at front top is a good touch.

I ordered a small. Feet was like a size 7. Toes curled up in the boots. Suit fit fine other than very top is way to big. I’ll have to return just because of shoe size. If boots fit I would have been happy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not bad at all! Nice sizing of the waders, keeps the water out and the boots are actually pretty comfortable. I live in an area where I have to walk about half a mile to get to the water, this means I either change when I get there which brings in sand to my waders or need to walk with the boots on. My last pair of booted waders were like pieces of hard plastic pretty much just flat with fabric over it, not so much a shoe/boot but more like a wedge of rubber. These are a bit more formed and comfortable which I like.
