This lamp is brighter than the original! Was easy to install.

The tips look different but I just ordered since I believe this should be a universal fit. It is listed as 2A 250V with UL registered. Took me 5 minutes to replace the bulb and it is much brighter than the original incandescent bulb. Great buy!

At first I wasn't sure if this was compatible with our 20-year-old Panasonic microwave, but I was happy to find out that it works better than the original. The light is more natural than the original halogen bulb that had a yellowish tinge to it. Just buy it.

The filament lights Came well packag. But the lighting it gave Was extreme Soft lighting. I personally prefer a much stronger Light.

Fairly easy to install with instructions I found on YOUTUBE. Nice bright white light. They plug in easily.

It turns out that I actually needed a different electrical contact configuration, but I realized ahead of time this might be the case since there was no way I was going to remove/reinstall our built-in microwave oven twice just to verify this. Without going into the novel details of how I was able to easily adapt this bulb to nicely fit my GE microwave oven and properly make the electrical connections, I'm more than pleased with the level of illumination provided by this bulb and the quality of its manufacture. Since these bulbs are designed for multiple applications, the hole and slot in the base didn't provide as snug a fit as the original bulb, but I simply snugged a small tie wrap around the posts after fitting the bulb and this secured it very nicely. Anyone who's tired of not being able to see what's going on inside their microwave oven and has basic mechanical and electrical skills (and a set of security torx bits!) should strongly consider spending an hour or two replacing their burned out incandescent bulb with one of these.

Yes, I did know that this was going to be sterile white and not warm yellow. But I went ahead and purchased anyway. Why? The alternative (original) warm yellow was no where to be found. So, I went ahead with this sterile white.As much as I like the contemporary look of the gleaming white, it is harsh on the eyes and in many ways, not as pleasing or inviting, as the warm yellow light does. However, given that I had no choice, I did have to go with it.Installation wasn't hard. Had to remove the old bulb and install new bulb the way old bulb was installed. Hard part was the removing of the microwave case before I can get to all that.The prongs of the bulb, was a little different from factory warm white incandescent bulbs, but will attach, and work. It's like putting on toilet paper in a paper towel holder, a bit too small, but will still work.Light-wise, not the brightest bulb, but ok. I'm able to see my food, before and after. That's all I'm asking. Not going to cook my food with it, so it's good enough.One order came with 2 bulbs. Since my original microwave bulb worked for well over 5 years, I'm wondering why they decided to sell two bulbs at a time?Overall, it took me a while to get used to the gleaming (and slightly weak) white light, but I'm happy with it, as the alternative to this, was no light at all.

Compatible with my panasonic microwave and easily installed. However, the light always stays on (even if the door is closed). With additional research, I learned that the sensor signaling the bulb to turn on/off when the door is open/closed burnt out along with the bulb. Overall, the bulb is great quality and packaged well.

Bright white light.

The buld is a near exact replacement to the OEM one. The terminals on this replacement stick up vertically whereas the original were bent at right angles. Once the bulb is installed in the microwave it was simple to install the wire on the terminal and gently bend it parallel to the top panel. This avoids any possibility of the wire shorting to the cover. All good and it works exactly as the original.

Worked well, i would say its slightly lesser output than the original 20w incandecent bulb, light color is cool white so that helps
