Got these about a month ago and raised my back row by 20 lbs, sometimes electricity comes out of them and one time it zapped my dog and now instead of barking he speaks Canadian french but workout wise they are AMAZING, better gorilla grip than my ex fs

There’s so many different versions of this piece of equipment. All of them have flaws most of the time they have too much length on the cord that wraps around the bar, making it difficult to set up, but these fit perfectly and give you amazing grip to where you don’t have to put any strain on your fingers, my only regret is not finding them sooner.

Ive never used straps before but these were recommended to me by a friend. Amazon only had pink in stock at the time, but that doesn’t really matter to me especially because I primarily workout at home.The straps themselves are pretty intuitive to use, and you can really feel their effect right away. Being able to focus all your efforts on proper form and squeezing the muscle you want to work without having to worry about your grip strength is great!I have always had strong grip strength anyway, so I’m not pulling more weight than I was prior to using the straps, but it’s nice to really concentrate on the contractions.As a larger guy with big hands, I would have liked the strap to be just a little bit longer. Some exercises are challenging to get the straps setup properly before you begin. You get more proficient with practice, but a slightly longer strap would be a little bit easier to get setup.

i have had them about 6 months now. initially the fabric around the wrist was stiff and a little irritating. But after a few weeks the broke in nicely. I did the wrist measurement as instructed, and they fit perfectly. they totally take grip strength on the heavier lifts out of the equation. Very happy with the purchase.

The hype is real. I am relatively new to lifting, and my limit has been my grip strength. Pulling heavier weights is easier to do to get a better pump. 5 Stars. The only thing I would have changed is the size I ordered. I am on the cusp between sizes. I should have ordered one size down, as the straps overlap. That is my problem. You should follow the recommended sizing and exchange if you got it wrong.

They weren’t lying about the material being world class strong. Haven’t slipped. Haven’t torn. Haven’t failed to grab on a plethora of bars/equipment. Reliable. More meaningful workouts when you can focus on the muscle and not the grip.
