I've been using this product for about 9 years now, and just turned 65 in July. Although I take other supplements (30,000 IU D3, K2, Jigsaw MagSRT Magnesium, Amazon Complex Tumeric/Curcumin Complex, and Iodoral Iodine/Potassium),.... THIS product is mainly for my BONE heath!Older folks especially, can get calcium siphoned away from their "skeletal support mechanism", ie BONES! I walk a lot each day and have for decades, and show no signs of slowing down. I believe this product is the prime reason!BTW, I have also NEVER taken a Flu Shot, and have only had the Flu ONCE in 40 years! (about 10 years ago). I believe the other supplements have helped me as well to avoid that as well, and I'm out meeting people daily!

-Its been over 7 years now and I am still taking it daily! I am 60 years old and rarely have I been sick. Recently had heart problems and doctor is amazed and thought that this must have helped it not be so bad. Just my opinion- Original comment in 2015: I heard Coral Calcium is really good for you and its one of the reasons people on Okinawa live so long and are healthy. At first I tried mined Coral Calcium but didn't notice a thing. When I had to re-order I read more about Coral Calcium and figured to try the Okinawa source. I did notice a difference and found I wasn't getting as sick or fatigued but now when I had to re-order again this time I was concerned about the Tsunami and radiation leaks in the ocean around Japan so I thought I'd read up some more on Coral Calcium and that's when I came across Brazil Live. I ordered and now after using I actually noticed a big difference - maybe its just me - but from now on I am re-ordering Brazil Live.

I wasn't careful when I read the information about Brazil Live Coral and didn't realize it contains Vitamin D. I didn't start taking it when I got it because I was afraid the vitamin D would cause problems. I actually had been afraid to take calcium for a long time thinking that I should only take magnesium. I decided to just try it about two weeks ago and the Vitamin D is not causing any problems, and maybe it is helping with some of my health problems. I had tried other forms of calcium but they caused leg cramps. Although the positives of taking a calcium supplement might take some time to notice, at least Brazil Live Coral Calcium is not causing leg cramps. I will try to remember to post again in about 6 months.

Delivery was fast and so far I'm liking this supplement. Bone scans have already shown that I have some bone loss and I wanted to try a different calcium. When I read all the reviews of this, I thought it sounded promising. If I get an improved report next time I have a scan, I will post an update.

This was recommended to me by my doctor who was treating me for intense leg cramps due to knots in the muscles. Coral calcium does not give me heart burn which regular calcium had given me and it also has magnesium in it which also helps with the legs and sleeping. I recently had a bone density test and my dr was amazed at the results. She asked me if I was taking calcium because I had the bone density of a 35 yr old! I’m 59 so, I’m guessing it’s doing a good job since I only take 2 capsules a day. Although pricey, I plan on continuing to use this product and I highly recommend it.

When my husband was diagnosed with high blood pressure, he decided to try calcium before taking any other medication. He tried the hard pill calcium first, but I insisted he try the coral. He did, and his blood pressure dropped 40 points. We are very happy with the results and continue to use the product to this day. I would not say that coral calcium is always what a person needs to drop blood pressure, but coral calcium is also good for helping build stronger bones. I am a huge proponent of the live coral and this product fits the bill.

Live Coral Calcium is convincing so I bought it.But I didn't see good result.I like Coral Legend, 8oz Powder better.With Coral Legend, I have got a remarkable result for my oral heath.Gum won't bleed anymore. I don't get yellow nasty fluid during brushing.Coral Legend maintains neutral pH level of saliva in my mouth.Brazil Live Coral Calcium didn't do it.
