I bought this as it came recommended for keto. I dont have a wide variety diet so I thought maybe adding this would help get me through the flu stage of keto, and goodness, Im now on my 2nd bottle, my cravings are gone, my mental function is clearer, I feel alert but not wired. Im not over eating anymore, I feel great. I started low and slow and currently use 1 tbsp now. Will add more if need be but so far things are great. The first few days I had rumbley stomach but thats it. No other issues. Love this product and will continue to use.

I put a tablespoon of this mct oil in my coffee every morning to help support my keto diet and it’s great, it has no taste. This brand is by far the highest quality out there, as it’s specifically C8. I’ve tried other brands that have upset my stomach or gave me a burning feeling in my throat, and this does none of that.It’s worth nothing: if you are new to taking mct oil, start SLOWLY. Your body needs to get used to it and if you take too much too fast you can experience nausea and diarrhea. I’d recommend starting with a teaspoon and working your way up.

This stuff really lights up my brain! I’ve just recently started bulletproof and started using this instead of the powdered MCT oil and I can tell you there is a difference and that not all MCT is created the same. I use 1 teaspoon of this along with my grass, fed butter, and my DECAF coffee instead of the regular caffeinated coffee that is recommended but it literally lights up areas of vibrating after drinking it and sustained my hunger and energy for several hours.

I started using Bullet MCT oil on August 2025, and I like the taste—it's smooth and not greasy. I’m hopeful it works well for me. However, I’ve noticed a concern: no matter how I position the bottle, whether pouring into a spoon or a cup, the oil tends to leak down the sides of the bottle, making a mess on the table or floor. After reading through Amazon reviews, I learned that the twist cap bottle, which I have, is the cause of this issue. Thankfully, the new bottles now feature a flip cap. I’m glad I bought the 3oz size because, for every tablespoon or two I use daily, a significant amount ends up wasted on the table.

Bulletproof goes down smoothly and provides noticeable energy and improved focus as well as other heath benefits. I have a large size at home and was so happy to find the 3oz. travel size that complies with TSA requirements!!
