My family’s favorite Mustard- A+++
Mailer Mustard Honey Dijon – A Deliciously Classic FavoriteI first discovered Mailer Mustard Honey Dijon while living in Germany, and it quickly became a staple in my pantry. Its perfect balance of tangy Dijon flavor with a touch of sweet honey makes it versatile and delightful. Whether I use it as a condiment for sandwiches, a dressing for salads, or a marinade for meats, it consistently adds a rich, complex flavor that elevates any dish.The mustard has a smooth, creamy texture with a vibrant golden hue. The honey provides just enough sweetness to mellow the sharpness of the Dijon, creating a harmonious blend that isn’t overpowering. I also appreciate that it’s made with quality ingredients, giving it a fresh and authentic taste.Since discovering Mailer Mustard Honey Dijon, I haven't wanted to use anything else. It’s become my go-to mustard for everything from casual lunches to more elaborate meals. If you enjoy a balanced, flavorful mustard with a touch of sweetness, I highly recommend giving Mailer Mustard Honey Dijon a try!

The best!
Delicious on so many different things. I'm a mustard fanatic & IMHO Maille makes the best mustard. SO creamy with perfect balance of flavors. Their store in Paris is a mustard lovers playground! The honey mustard is perfect for sandwiches, sliders and for balsamic salad dressings. Loaded up because who knows how much it's going to cost after nonsensical tariffs kick in.

Great taste...if you like mustard...this is your brand
A bit of a mustard nerd. This is delicious, tasty without sugar. From an ingredient perspective very clean and wholesome. Would like another variation with jalapenos as an ingredient.

Very Zesty!
This is the BEST mustard I have ever used! It packs a delightful heat that most Dijons lack, but it definitely has a bit of a kick to it. The texture is thicker than other mustards, and has a slightly grainy feel to it.. The only reason that I am giving this mustard four stars and not five is that it is manufactured in Canada and not in France. Because of this, the mustard has a slightly different taste from the original made in France.

Wretched taste, not impressed!
Not only was I unimpressed with the taste of Maille's Hot Honey Dijon mustard, but I was also quite put off by it. I found the flavor so distasteful that after opening the brand-new bottle I just received and trying some as a dip with breaded chicken strips, I threw out the entire bottle. $9 bucks, tossed in the trash! It offended my tastebuds that much! There was nothing "hot honey" about it, nor did it resemble any Dijon mustard I've ever tried. I've tried a lot of hot honey products, and I've tried a lot of different brands of Dijon mustard, which I'm a big fan of. This mustard not only lacked any kick, but it just tasted "yuck." This was my first time trying this brand, and it will be my last.

Excellent and in perfect condition
An outstanding mustard. … But my real reason for posting: I have bought this version (non-sulfite) and the same Maille mustard with sulfites from Amazon. All in excellent condition, both the product and the container itself. Both have years to go before expiration provided they have not been opened.…COLOR: This non-sulfite version will always be slightly darker than the with-sulfite version. Simply because the sulfite is a preservative that maintains the lighter color. The non-sulfite version naturally and quickly starts to change color a little. Color is NOT an indicator of its freshness or general quality.

I grew up in an "always-mustard-rarely-mayo" family
It was always bright yellow, smooth and in a fairly large glass jar (for mustard) with a plastic lid. My Dad loved the mustard and I loved the jars (and liberated all I could find when my Mom broke up housekeeping).Somewhere along the way I discovered grocery-store-brand Dijon which was comparatively exotic but not particularly exceptional. Now, as I age and my taste buds die off, a lot of foods taste blah. I found I was adding copious quantities of cheese and mayo to make them pop, but all I improved was the texture, not the flavor. Along the way I realized that the blah flavors meant I kept eating, hoping that quantity would satisfy. No again.One day browsing Amazon I found Edmond Fallott Dijon mustard, ordered some and realized I had a condiment that could make my food pop. I’ve ordered that variety for several years and remain happy with it. It was so successful for me that I wandered around in all the Fallot mustards to see if there were any others to try and decided this Rich Country Dijon was worth trying so I ordered it. Now I have the two different Edmond Fallott Dijon mustard jars in my fridge (and several jars of each in the basement) just waiting to add a pop or two of deep flavor whether to a sandwich, a veggie stew or casserole. These have become my go-to seasoning when a tasting says “this just needs something” and out comes a mustard jar to the rescue.BTW my jars of both varieties have always arrived well-packaged and intact.
