I am a long time customer. There are many brands of systemic enzymes, but this is the only one I trust. The reason I only trust this brand is that it is crucial that the enzymes have an enteric coating to protect them from premature digestion by the gastric juices in the stomach. Now that I can no longer get Bioannue, which was my go to enzyme product, I have been taking this supplement and it seems to work. I had an acoustic trauma due to an accident in my recording studio and was in a lot of pain. usually it takes weeks to heal from such a trauma. Also, I have heard that serapeptase can thin the blood so if your're already taking blood thinners, you should speak to your doctor before taking this product.

This used to be a great product...THEN, the maltodextrin came.So much maltodextrin that a dozen clients reported stomach pain, gas, indigestion and constipation.The company says it's "just a small amount".This product doesn't work for inflammation if it causes it.Worthless. Bad.

I could not get what I normally use, and decided to give this product a try. Once we have used it for a couple of weeks, I can update the review with the result. We trust it would be comparable and another option when we run out.

I took this product along with Myomin to treat capsular contracture after a breast implant surgery. I took it for 3 months, and cured my capsular contracture. My surgeon said this was rare, if not unheard of. I also have arthritis, and I have had stomach issues for years. I take meloxicam and omeprezole for indigestion and a hiatal hernia. I also was often constipated and had candida issues. When I started taking this product my arhtritis diminished and I have never felt better. My stomach issues all but went away and I became regular for the first time in my life. I also had no candida issues. I would also get really bad leg cramps and since taking this product, they had gone away. I quit using this about two weeks ago, and am now realizing in the past week my stomach issues are back and constipation is back. My leg cramps are back, my arthritis is worse than ever.
