DurvetSpectra Shield Collar Attached Medallion, 30 to 55-Pound

I heard about these flea and tick tags from a friend a couple of years ago and they work great! I have been using them for the last 4 years and my dog has never had a tick with the tag on. This is really saying something because she roams near our woods and loves being outside. These tags are easy to put on and last for about 4 months, so I buy 3 tags a year. This is cheaper than using frontline and there are many known side effects with liquid flea and tick repellent. I have now gotten my most of my family using this product for their pets. I highly recommend spectra shield!

We have used this medallion for flea and tick control for several years now. Our dog slowly became allergic to the oils and expensive collars. He would scratch all of his fur off of his back, and we didn't know where to turn, because he is a very active border Collie who loves the outdoors. My niece suggested this medallion as an alternative. My dog tolerates these, and they keep the fleas and ticks away.

MASSIVE!This attachment is so big, my dog thinks she has a third ear. The size of the medallion is not easily listed on the product detains. As soon as I put it on my dog, she noticed something was off and started trying to remove it. Eventually, she settled down. I greatly dislike the size of this and am hoping it will work, but am worried that my dog will somehow be able to remove it in her crate and ingest it so I will have to take it off when she is crated.Update to add: it doesn’t even work. She receives flea baths but we are still fighting fleas, even with this collar attachment.

I have a 9 yr old Goldendoodle that I’ve used this product for since she was 6 months old. It is a great affordable product that not only works but works for months.

Easy to install.

It is way larger than expected, thought it would be the size of a normal dog tag bit it's about half the size of a TV remote control and an odd color, not attractive at all, does seem to be working though, so that's good.

Excellent product for animals that cannot take oral meds

These stopped itching immediately but after wearing for a few days we noticed they stopped eating anything but grass . I took the tags off and they both got back to playing and eating normally .
