Good quality , does the job

Bought to allow me to do some RF coil winding and rewinding of transformers. All exactly as expected and a good quality tape.

Sticks well and works ... i.e. it shields components from my not-always-perfect aim with the hot air station.A range of sizes.Great value.Only downside was the chemical odour coming off them.At least for most of the time, the fume extractor is running anyway!!

I am a hobbyist so have no experience of competing products. So saying, this does what I need which is to provide high voltage insulation on a PCB. It sticks well, stays on, and is easy to use. Job done.As others have said, it does smell a bit weird so I keep the rolls in the plastic zip lock bag.

Nice tape not too thick comes with a variety of sides to suit your needs.

I ended up buying way more than I actually needed of this tape, however for the price you pay you end up getting a lot of tape, in different widths, for your money.I've been using it to secure wires to PCBs whilst soldering and it's worked perfectly. It's essentially the same tape used in devices such as mobile phones and laptops and has a very distinctive yellow colour. It seems very resilient to high temperatures and works well for this purpose.It's very easy to cut to size and is quite tacky. I had no problems attaching it to stuff. It does have quite a strong, indescribable smell but that does dissipate after a short while. It is quite easy to rip when pulling it off the reel so I recommend pulling it off slowly.I guess it's a pretty niche product but has definitely served its purpose for me!
