Vibrant and Convenient, but Adhesive Weakness Could be a Factor
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the 10M Alexa LED Strip Lights and I'm overall quite impressed. One of the standout features is how bright these lights are, they really add a nice pop of color to any room. Another great feature is the ability to set up timer functions in the app, which makes it easy to have the lights turn on and off automatically without having to manually adjust them.Setting up the lights was a breeze, the instructions were clear and straightforward. However, one downside I've experienced is that the adhesive doesn't seem to be strong enough in damper conditions. I have these lights installed in my bathroom, and after a few weeks, the adhesive started to peel away from the walls. I've had to reapply it a few times, but it's not a major issue.Overall, I would highly recommend these lights if you're looking for an easy-to-install and bright LED strip light option. Just keep in mind that the adhesive may not hold up as well in damper environments.

Amazing colour possibilities using Amazon Alexa
The media could not be loaded. We recently converted a spare room into a games room with a 2.5m long desk to hold a games console and PC. On Amazon, we found this 10m RGB LED strip which we thought would look great stuck to the underside and back edges of the desk. The LED strips have a self-adhesive tape stuck to the back which holds the strips firmly to the desk and after a week the lights are still firmly held in place. We secured the ends with the supplied retaining strips to give added strength. We then downloaded an app called Magic Home, which quickly discovered the LED strip and then downloaded an Alexa skill also called Magic Home which linked the LED strips to our Alexa system. As you can see from the attached photos and video, the LEDs reflect on the white wall and create a fabulous lighting effect. We have since added some smart bulbs to the room and introduced some Alexa routines to create some fabulous colour scenes.

Good outdoor lights, but poor adhesive used.
I bought this item for my wooden BBQ shelter as the previous LED strip turned out to be unsuitable for the outdoors and the lights started to fail after a couple wet Winters. This light strip is a much better construction, with a soft plastic coating over the lights and all electronics along its length, however, the adhesive on the back of the strip and the pad for the bluetooth box is not very strong. Within a couple of weeks the strip has fallen away from the wooden battens and I have had to secure it with white cable clips to stop this from happening again.Another point that future purchasers might wish to be aware of is that the individual lights are spaced quite far apart - compared to similar products on Amazon.I might add to this review next Spring if any of the lights have started to fail after a Winter outside.

Functional but no warm white light and awful adhesion
Pros:- Once set up it works well (lights up on command, no broken lights)Cons:- No setting for 'warm white' light (only harsh 'daylight' white) - this is quite a large oversight as this should be the default- Awful adhesion - spent 20 minutes carefully sticking everything on in a specific way only to return an hour later to find a heap of tangled strips. In the end had to use duct tape to secure it and it's still not ideal- Not as easy to pair with Alexa as other people have found here - found it a very fiddly process with no useful instructions for this- There are two strips but only one plug, so in order to power both strips they need to be daisy chained together. This didn't suit my needs as I wanted to have the strips on opposite sides of the room. Didn't realise when purchasing this wouldn't be possible.

Amazing app & sync features. Very bright
Second best smarthome thing I have (beaten by the Vacuum). I have over 50 smart devices in the lan and these impressed me.On the basic side they are your standard waterproof leds with very sticky thick glue, I literally have 1" every 50cm exposed and they hold up.I cant really say much about the lights, they're the standard led, standard credit card remote, a laptop sized psu and some extra clips. The software however is what makes these. You can scan a colour and it will match it, either by pressing the button or constantly updating. (Cheap ambilight? :) )You can activate the mic and it will dim/light to the sound which I found slightly laggy but that could be the distance I have it from the router, everything in the area I have the reciever runs quite slow. You can play musin in the app and do the same, this is a LOT more responsive. There are 2x 5m and it's a lot of leds, its bright enough to replace 2x normal led 7w bulbs. The only issue with at is that I dont think they are true white, so mixed rgb, and it gives out a blue ish white. So look out for rgb + w or rgbcw if you want white white. But for the rgb and the app they're worth every penny. I'll definitely getting some more for my shelving. Just realised the pictures are not at full brighness
