Well designed, high quality board game
This is a great game. It's good fun, some nice depth to it allowing for tactics and strategy, but fairly easy to pick up. The gameplay is tied in well with the scientific/educational aspect. The rules are well written and easy to understand, and the game is manufactured to a high quality.

Good Game, Not Great
I bought this as a present for my wife, who is a Biology teacher.She approves of the science in the game, and is quite impressed overall.For myself, I find the gameplay somewhat complicated: there are so many options, and they don't seem very related to me.It may well be the case that I just don't understand how to play it well.Personally, I find it less enjoyable than similar games (Carcassonne, Pandemic, Catan, etc).

Too complicated!
We homeschool and love educational games, but they do need to be fun. I've said before that Genius games have some great ideas, but this is too complicated and really lacks the fun factor. Not sure will ever play this again.
