Leaves are fresh but are broken in small pieces .Overall good product.

Sonamukhi Patta ia ayurvedic leaves , its very useful for boosting immunity system our body so we can prepare like sulemani tea ,its good benefit. Finally I would say good for health.,

I have been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, consistently purchasing this brand's Senna leaves. Throughout this period, the product worked very effectively, and I was 100% satisfied with its quality and performance.However, my most recent purchase was utterly ineffective. Despite the 'in date' manufacturing/expiry date, this batch of Senna leaves provided zero laxative effect, even after trying extremely large doses over several days. The product quality has unfortunately dropped to 0% effectiveness, leading to 100% customer dissatisfaction. This batch is clearly stale, improperly stored, or of very poor quality.What is truly appalling is the disrespectful and insulting treatment I received when I contacted the manufacturer/seller about this issue. Instead of offering a resolution or replacement for a faulty product, I was met with unjustified rudeness and humiliation. This is unacceptable behavior towards a loyal customer.I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious. This is not just a waste of money; it's a completely disappointing experience with a product and utterly appalling customer service.
