I got joint pains in my hands between the thumb and first finger, I’ve been taking these now for quite a while and they certainly have helped, I can grip and use my hands without discomfort or pain. Don’t expect overnight results, but through a regular regimen they have certainly worked for me.

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!

This our 24th order of these capsules so you can see we’ve taken them for years.It was a very subtle change to begin with but now if I forget to take them for a couple of days , I really notice the difference in my joints, especially my hands .I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends, I think I should be on commission!
