Cute candle and easy to store. Lasts a long time. Scent is strong so it works well to repell gnats in its vicinity. Cap keeps the candle clean when not in use. Bought to use on our screened in porch. The gnats were so bad we couldn't sit on it even with the screens, but the candle did the trick. If we were entertaining, I would purchase a few more.

We do a lot of overnight camping during the summer period.These lanterns do exactly what is described. Its citronella, it is long-lasting, and it is really cute.I use a 4/each corner of the campground. Do not expect a bright light like an actual lantern but it helps the corners to be visible. Besides, it is a precaution for insects.I am really satisfied. Especially, since I got it for around $6.Highly recommended

I've used this item twice now (2 different lanterns/2 different trips). Both times, the bugs went away almost instantly. Maybe it's all in my mind but I doubt it. The "lantern" itself doesn't provide a ton of light but not totally useless. Worth a try.

Cute little lantern for a low price. I ordered two and one came broken. The glass was all over the box, my floor and the side of my foot. Contacted Amazon and they wanted it back or would charge me for it. So I boxed it back up, busted glass and all and they sent a driver to pick up a 5.00 busted candle . Got the replacement fast and now have two that we take fishing in the evenings. Lightweight and easy to carry.

I like these lanterns. They burn well and are great for personal spaces outside. They do have glass in them, and as we all know, Amazon is hit or miss on proper packaging. The last one I ordered came with the glass broken and bouncing around in the box. Just tossed in with a single air bubble for padding. Shipping missed it on this one. I won't order again due to the shipping concern. 2 of 4 that I have ordered from Amazon over a 12 month period have arrived broken.

Ordered from direct USA to UK from Amazon.com with quick great services from seller. Item well packed and came within 12days of ordering.I own one before so I knew what I was expecting from this wonderful product for my backyard and outdoors. I believe this latest product is stronger than my old one but candle ring is smaller. Like my old one' it state 40hours burn time; but I believe this only applied if the product candle is lit from start to end as my old one lasted 4years with around 4hours burn each time during summer months.It's no wonder why I love my Coleman products.

Now I have always been looking for a tough, all disaster and my trekking/ camping trip companion light for long. Bought some from other manufacturers like Coghlan.. I found them too high priced and also quality wasnt that good- not tough at all.. but this guy is awesome. Real tough, well built sturdy, dependable in all weathers and big.. At the price its the only thing that people who are serious with their tools for emergency/camping situations should buy.. Forget the other products.. For me only shipping cost and I dont know why Amazon keeps on charging such high import duties since when I buy from other websites from U.S.A, such taxes dont come in.. But am at last satisfied with what I got because I was looking for the same and will place orders more...

Lit for two nights thus far and there is a lot of candle still. I purchased 3 to keep around us and it worked for the patio area during our s’mores backyard camp out. Easy to use, light wick, and the glass latern stays cool to the touch even with a candle inside— nice safety feature
