Alternative to coffee
I came across Yerba mate after researching an alternative for coffee, (im intolerant) I wanted the same buzz that coffee gave me. Yerba mate is so much better, my energy level is crazy. I can drink up to 3 large cups a day. Obviously I did read that you should not drink to much because of the risk of cancer, surly the benefits far outweigh the risks. More energy means you move more, which I do. I’d recommend Yerba mate for so many reasons, more alert, losing weight because I’m always on the go. Feeling more positive. You get used to the taste, I use a large mug, 3 tablespoons of Yerba & drink….
