Is this suitable for pain relief - is it hot enough or adjustable in this way? Thanks

I use the heat pad for tummy and back pain and find it very comforting. It has six heat settings and have found it gets quite hot on a high setting so you can adjust the heat to suit. Also has four timer settings from 30 to 120 minutes. More convenient and effective than a hot water bottle.

Could this be used to sit on just as a seat warmer?

It says on the warnings not to sit on it as it’s too much pressure and might break!

This says it’s made of flannel material but the images look like fleece. Which is it please?

It feels more soft than fleece. Like a B&M blanket kind of thing, if that makes sense! It’s not woolly like fleece.
