Brilliant price for these amazing little heat pads! Not too thick and uncomfortable but do get reliably warm which helps with aching. I suffer with compression issues in my spine and these really relieve the pain I have. No smell, no mess, no timers to restart, no electrodes falling off when you move, these are really effective and last long enough to work all day and are still warm at the end of the day!

I have used these patches for years, they are a repeat purchase. I buy them when they are on offer. The best thing is they attach to your clothing, not your skin. It means there is no chance of irritation. I wear a vest or t-shirt under my clothing so I can wear the patches and they won’t be seen. Once they are on they stick really well to your clothing and leave no trace behind when you remove them. They generate a surprising amount of heat which lasts all day. Far better than a hot water bottle which you couldn’t use for a whole day. I have worn a patch from 6am to 10pm (16 hours) and they are still warm when you remove them. On removal you can really feel how hot your skin is, the patches generate a deep, long lasting, heat. I have rheumatoid arthritis and a recurring lower back and neck issue. These patches are a good size and fit the base of my spine perfectly. I have used them on the base of my neck and also on various areas of my spine. Basically anywhere you can put them where they will lay flat. I believe you can get them for different areas of the body and in different sizes. They definitely help to soothe nagging pain and really relax your muscles. They are a permanent part of my medicine cabinet. Highly recommend.

In terms of pain relief, it provides a great deal of comfort and the ease of application and speed of result really makes it something you want to reach for. Quality is general consistent with the exception of some perhaps lasting longer than the 7 hours stated. the heat level is not as high as i would like but stays within the safe range so i can’t knock it.

This made the whole experience a bit frustrating and not as convenient as I had hoped.In terms of the pain relief, I did notice some temporary improvement, but it wasn't as significant or long-lasting as the product claims. 🤷‍♀️ The relief was also fairly localized, so I didn't feel like it was addressing my broader back and shoulder issues.Overall, while the Cura-Heat Back and Shoulder Pain Heat Patch has some potential, the execution just fell short for me. 💤 The intense heat and poor adhesion made it a bit of a hassle to use, and the pain relief wasn't as effective as I had hoped. This actually stays warm all night honestly they all say they do but this one actually does what it days god send for when needed
