This is super cute and was perfect for my son, whose appendix ruptured. When I opened the package, I noticed it had a small hole and was initially upset because some of the stuffing was coming out, but then my husband mentioned that it was perfect because my sons appendix had ruptured and so had the stuffed appendix, so I kept it (my son enjoyed it too).
