Q: What is the diameter of the pole? I want to velcro a flag at the top so I need the measurement. thanks!

I think it is 11 feet but not sure, we sent it back because not all the pieces came in delivery.

Q: I received mine, but it didnt have any bolts or the peg to put the weight on! Can there be a credit issued? I had to buy bolts and a wood dowel
