I bought these capsules to use the oil on my body. They are easy to crack open, slight odor (not bad), & go a long way. I used them daily and noticed a slight difference in my skins hydration. They don't have enough Aloe Vera as I was hoping. I wouldn't put it on before going out in the sun. I will not buy again because I've chosen to go with fresh Aloe Vera from the plant instead. Oh and I didn't swallow them however, the capsule has an easy to crack film & are small egg shape. Look as if would be easy to swallow if wanted.

I bought this due to my IC. I have had it for several years and normally never have any problems. For the first time, since I was diagnosed 10 yrs ago, I have had a horrible flare up. For three months now I have been miserable. After 1 week I could tell that I it was starting to work and by week 3 I was feeling much more like myself. This is week 4 and feel normal again. When you take this it probably works, it's hard to tell. My doctor put me on Prilosec, very similar to Zantac which has been taken off the shelves. It causes cancer. I went to several stores to find Prilosec, not to be found so I assumed it was also removed. Didn't think I wanted to wait till the warnings came out. Aloe Vera is a safe and trusted replacement.
