Best gluten free bun I have found after taste testing as many major brands as possible. I’m not gluten free but my partner is and this still is my go to bun even over most wheat buns. It holds up nicely and none of the weird GF after taste. Their bagels are amazing as well (ignore that they appear thin, they have a great chewy texture).
