This multi is my new go-to multivitamin. I'm ok with the fact it doesn't have iron, I use cast iron skillets and get iron through other sources. This is a high quality, well rounded, multi. I really like that this is Methylated and has many chelated minerals. Basically, better bioavailability and absorption. That's a win! It also doesn't smell terrible or have any bad aftertaste like some vitamins.
