Good Product - Good Value
Small dose Lithium has clinically demonstrated and very well known actions and health benefits.It's not typically included in multi-mineral supplements so for those who want it, a stand alone supplement like this one is an option.I like this brand with it's generous 180 capsules. Taken daily it's as near as no matter to a six month supply for (currently) $15.28.That's a good value in my opinion.

A game-changer for me!
This pill does what I had hoped it would help with. It is always correct to consult with your doctor when using supplements, especially when combined with other meds. An addition to my Anti-depressant Meds
A friend and I were discussing our need for Anti-depressant Medication and how awful it is if you run out of your prescription before you have more on hand! She told me a doctor suggested she use Lithium Orotate in addition to her medication to give her a little boost in her mood. I had never heard of it so I researched it (which I would encourage any potential buyer to do) and decided to try it. Well, I must say I DO feel a little less down when I take this supplement in addition to my prescribed medication so I have decided to add this supplement to my "Subscribe and Save" account so I always have it on hand. Effects can be subtle, it's when I don't take it, I can feel the difference.

Calm Yourself!
I take this to help with anxiety etc.I personally like it a lot, it helped me not feel the racing feeling in the check when a city kicks in.GABA and Ashwaganga work well for me with it as well!!
