Iv’ve been on this for well over 2 years. All Iknow is what I have learned about telomeres from verified websites about telomeres. Telemetes are not always checked unless you have a full blown blood test. One of my doctors wanted a deep dive big blood test. They sent my primary care doctor the results as a courtesy. At my next visit yo him he said wow your telemetes are unbelievably long! It was at that moment I knew it was WELL WORTH IT!I deny myself other things to be sure I have these. I gave 4 stars as it is hard to know how well it's working, but the price is reasonable. No taste and easy to take capsule. The health benefits are longer life.

I've been using this supplement since November 2024, and I was impressed with the results. Although I can't see my Telomeres, I have noticed some interesting improvements. I used to get these little bruises on my hands quite often. Since I started taking this the bruises disappeared. I had tried doctor recommended Arnica gel, but it didn't work. My skin really is more vibrant. The only thing different I did was add this supplement. Lab tests will be done as the insurance company allows me to and I will update.

My item was delivered left out in the sun. With damage open box. As pricy as these products is. I hope the temperature condition it was left at doesn't affect the products in a negative way.
