A month ago I wrote a very frustrated review because twice the Light Cyan wouldn't fit. I heard nothing from customer service so I wrote a bad review. I immediately heard from customer service & they wanted details! They were insistent on fixing the issue, apologized profusely and sent me new ink that fit ( at no cost) . Don't know why they didn't respond the first time..... maybe my complaint went to Amazon & not the seller? Don't know. It was frustrating to be without ink while this was sorted out BUT their customer service came thru in the end. I will continue to use this company.

The first time I used this ink on my Epson XP-970 it was flawless and I didn’t have any issues. I have tried several more times with their ink since and have had issues every single time. I was sent miss labeled ink. It came in the wrong cartridge so it did not fit in the printer where it was supposed to (picture 1). I was then sent ink in a cartridge that was defective. The end of the cartridge had been sawed off so that it could fit in any of the slots but it wiggled in the printer and didn’t print correctly (pictures 2 & 3). I tried cleaning and deep cleaning the printer nozzle several times with no success on getting all the colors to work at the same time. The yellow never worked even though there should have been plenty of ink in the cartridge and the rest of the colors would take turns having issues and cause problem after problem with the print quality (some examples in pictures 4, 5, 6 and 7). This product also just isn’t compatible with the printer. It will eventually give your print errors and waste your time.I do not recommend this product. It is a waste of time and money. Even if the ink is cheaper you will end up spend more money on ink and other materials, such as photo paper, trying to clean the printer and get the quality that you want. The quality just simply isn’t there.

Just received my multi pack of ink for my Epson printer. Arrived as described and intact. No problem loading cartridges into printer. Colors are great. I did a run of 30 cards without problems and colors remained true. It's too soon to speak to how long these cartridges will produce. I'm happy with the quality so far.

Overall this is good quality ink. The black cartridge does give Epson error messages warning using may cause damage - I did not run into this with the other colors. Although these are tagged as being extra large capacity - they seem to only last the same as standard. I've not had any issues with leakage or dead cartridges.

Not great for heat transfer prints .. colors were impossible to calibrate. Ended up buying authentic epson ink for the fix.

This company immediately exchanged the cartridges that did not fit. Very easy to work with their reps and follow up with them was considerate.I bought these ink cartriges for my Epson XP 960 printer back in April 2024. I needed to replace several of the cartridges in my printer, and the cartridges would not fit and thus could not be installed. I learned this lesson again. When you buy cartridges you take a chance that they won't work. I bought the same ink cartridges earlier and they worked fine. So go figure!!
