PERFECTLY PERFECT!
I never had a problem in American cars (the seats are superior). In Japanese cars, the lumbar is always a bit off and my lower back aches on long trips. This pillow is PERFECT in my Subaru as well as our Honda. Perfect.

Makes driving comfortable
I've had lower back problems since I was a teenage, this support makes driving real comfortable and painless

decent back support but sits low
i bought this for some lumbar support in my new Honda that lacks lumbar support! (amazes me they dont have it in their seats!) i went with this one as the seat clips go thru the seat/back not around the seat leaving straps showing and leaving marks on the seats. this is nice but the cushion sits low from this and really isnt much in the "lumbar" area. does it help? yes but dramatically.be aware in the winter the cushion gets pretty hard/stiff until it warms up.

Too soft
Back support is too soft, I would need 2 of these. Aside from that, it appears to have been made well and comes with attachments for in the car. Overall I would not recommend if you truly need lumbar support.

Nice!
Just the right size to help with me sitting with a sciatic nerve issue. I use it all over - car, chair, boat. I want to buy a second one now to not have to move it around so much. I strongly suggest it. I have medium size mens hands. Second picture is with my hand in it to give a sense of its size. As a medium built guy (5’8”, 170lbs), it’s a good size. It would also work for anyone smaller. My wife is 5’, 110lbs and she said it’s a good size for her, but she doesn’t need or use it.For someone larger, a larger size might be better.

Absolutely perfect for my needs

Very disappointed
This item has no support and does not match what's in the photo. The picture of this item is misleading. It doesn't offer any support.

Very sturdy.
This cushion has been regularly used and has never lost its support. It doesn't squish flat. It's always maintained its shape.
