I think this is my 4th purchase. I bake and am good at it! But these particular cookies just hit the spot! They are crunchy, and sort of melt in the mouth -- I love them! Yes, they do present a bit broken, but, so what, when we're going to break them once we bite anyway! The taste is outstandingly fresh and definitely delicious! Brilliantly buttery with just enough sugar sprinkle! Waiting for a 4-package set to be delivered and it will not be the last!!! If you have not tried them, you are missing out!

I accidentally ordered 10 bags! I'm not too upset though because they aren't too sweet and I can give a few or more bags to family & friends.

If you are looking for cookies without palm oil these days you will find looking for them to be quite a chore. I was very pleased that these are made with regular vegetable oils instead of palm oil.The ingredients include: Enriched wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, milk, sodium bicarbonate, soy, ammonium bicarbonate, salt, wheat starch, honey, milk protein, casein, artificial flavoring and that is about it! These do contain wheat, gluten, soy, milk and may have traces of tree nuts including hazelnut and pistachios. May contain egg.These do not contain any preservatives, dyes, hydrogenated fats or artificial sweeteners. Only the best ingredients are used to make these.These are made in Italy so expect a few cookies to be broken in shipping. I opened my first bag and only a few were broken and still very edible. All I received were crumbs. Out of three packages that were forcefully squeezed into a small box, maybe five cookies were not broken. The cookies themselves taste wonderful, but whoever was responsible for the packing did a lousy job. NEVER AGAIN!

Cookies are delicious and fresh! However, I believe delivery mishandling, causes cookies to crumble. I'm not sure what solution can be implemented.Most cookies are broken and crumbled.

Opened first bag and sadly they're mostly broken. Only nine survived transport. Tried to reach out to company, but couldn't get any format of my phone number to get accepted.
