I wore this all weekend and now I get the hype. The color is that perfect “your lips but better” kind of pink—subtle, flattering, and just enough to look like I put in effort (even when I definitely didn’t). It glides on like butter and feels more moisturizing than the Kiehl’s balm I used to swear by—and I really loved that one.But this one? Vegan. SPF 30. No weird scent. It feels like skincare and makeup had a brilliant, sun-smart baby.I didn’t expect to care this much about a lip balm, but here I am, considering getting another shade. And unlike so many tinted balms, this one doesn’t feel waxy or disappear after five minutes. It lasts through coffee and keeps my lips soft without a mirror touch-up.Bonus: knowing it’s actually protecting my lips from the sun makes me feel like I’ve got my life together. Sort of.

I have very sensitive lips, which peel almost instantly whenever I try a new lip product. I’ve been reduced to only using Vaseline on my lips, but I want a sunscreen for my lips too! I know how important it is to protect your lips. I decided to give this product a try. Omg, it feels lovely! So smooth and hydrating, and the best thing is, my lips don’t peel using this lip product. Fragrance free. Shimmer only has minimal color, which is what I wanted. I had no problem with the product turning up and down when I opened it. I will definitely be trying more colors!

Let me start by saying it's very difficult to find a lipstick or balm with SPF 30. I used to use a Neutrogena lip balm with SPF but they reformulated it. I wanted something with no flavor. I found this online and I like it. It goes on well and has no flavor or bad taste. The problem is the tube. The company is having issues with the tubes. I got several where, when you twist up the lip balm, it doesn't retract. The one I'm using now has that problem. I kept it because I haven't been able to find anything else. I hope the company is able to fix the problem.

I did not open this product until it was already too late to return it. When I opened it yesterday, the lip balm/lipstick looked as if it had been pushed all the way out and the lid was crammed down onto it. The balm is smashed and squeezed all over the inside of the tube. It is impossible to tell if it has been tampered with because there was not a safety seal, but I don't know if there was supposed to be one. $25 straight down the toilet for a lip balm that was already destroyed when I got it. Unusable, and going straight into the garbage. If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible. I wish I had opened it sooner.

I love the way this lip balm feels and that it keeps my lips moisturized. Also love the color. What I don't like, is once you raise the gloss in the tube, you can't lower it to put the cap back on. Cant carry it with me.

I bought this just in time for a hot sunny summer outdoor event. I’m sure I could not have found one better. Last year I attended an annual event that keeps me in the sun ALL DAY. I didn’t burn my lips this time. The smooth texture is nice!

Some reviewers said the product smooshed into the case. I do not have that problem. Maybe it is something new but there is a soft rubbery cap that fits over the product and i can push it down into the case. BRILLIANT!!! I love this and will buy more colors. My lips feel so soft.

However, it stays on my lips for all of 5 minutes. It was great at moisturizing as I stated. For the price, I willNot purchase this again although it is far above the less expensive brands. This did not feel waxy when it was on my lips.
