I specifically love this brand because its the only one that does NOT give any of us weird dreams or dreams at all. I give my 7 year old son half of 1 gummy a half hour before bed. And he is out cold within that time period. He is 70 pounds for reference and his body does not make as much melatonin as an average person as he has moderate Autism. He has never had an issue staying asleep. So I can't say if this assists with that aspect. I take 1 full gummy a few times a week if I am restless before bed. I take a stimulate for my ADHD and sometimes it keeps me up. I am 5'3 and 126lbs and 1 gummy is just enough to settle me down. I gave this 4 our of 5 stars bc it came days longer then expected. but at least it came. The product its self is great. If you subscribe its the cheapest I have found it. And I shop around. Myself and son are very sensitive to this kind of stuff. It recommends 1-2. But less then one is enough for him and 1- 1.5 is more than enough for me. And that is with a stimulate in my system still a little bit. All melatonin works for us but this one like I said does not give us weird sleep dreams. I wake up refreshed. I don't feel like I took anything. I just feel like I got a good deep sleep. I would recommend this brand. I like that one gummy is just 1mg. As we are sensitive and really don't need more then that. the actual product itself is 5 stars
