Love love love this! I don’t even miss the onion and garlic. Since being diagnosed with SIBO I’ve found if I don’t follow a low FODMAP diet my gut is miserable. But I’ve missed some flavor. I’m so happy to have found this salsa with tons of flavor but no side effects.

I’m on a Low Fodmap diet and this Salsa fits the bill! Having to give up onions and garlic was devastating to this foody. Fody salsa is saving my taste buds.

Really good. Not too spicy but very flavorful. It tastes a lot like a regular salsa.

I've ordered this product twice as I was going through a Low FODMAP elimination diet. It tastes pretty good, and the first time, it came wrapped carefully and was perfect.The second time I ordered it, however, it came unsealed. Glass wasn't broken, but the top was unscrewed enough to leak and I couldn't use it. It was too expensive (I paid around $14 for it) to not try to get a refund for it, but it was very hard to do so, because depending on the vendor, food products are often not refundable. Luckily, I managed to get a refund, but just know, that might not always be the case.I am too scared to order this product again, and have it come damaged, so I will not be buying again. I wish I could find this in stores, or that they offered it cheaper so it was less of a risk to purchase.Overall good product, but not a risk-free purchase.

The jar was not sealed. And juice from the salsa was leaking.

Exactly as described and photographed. This tastes so good after not having any for over 2 years! My Medically Induced IBS can't have onion or garlic! This salsa has the PERFECT FLAVOR! Nothing tastes weird like some Fodmap Foods!When I tasted this salsa I almost cried with JOY! I just can't explain how a small thing like salsa can do so much for a life!Yes, it is expensive BUT that is happening with every brand that makes anything associated with IBS! Taking advantage of our lack of food choices!

Packaging was excellent. The jar arrived intact. I have had the salsa before, so I know I will love it and not pay the price for the wonderful ingredients.

This is the first time in more than a year i could enjoy a salsa dip i could eat. Having SIBO you have a limited choice of foods you can eat. Thanks to Fody for changing that.
