Exceptional Cutting Performance for Thick Metal - EZARC Carbide Endurance Review
I recently purchased the EZARC Carbide Reciprocating Saw Blade R678HM Endurance and I must say, these blades have completely exceeded my expectations. Designed specifically for cutting thick metal, cast iron, and alloy steel, these blades have proven to be a game-changer in my cutting tasks.Right from the start, the build quality of these blades is impressive. The carbide teeth are incredibly sharp and durable, and they effortlessly cut through thick metal with ease. The 8 teeth per inch (TPI) configuration strikes the perfect balance between speed and precision, allowing for smooth and efficient cutting. What sets these blades apart from others is their unmatched endurance. I have used them extensively on various metals, including cast iron and alloy steel, and they have consistently delivered exceptional results. The carbide teeth remain sharp even after prolonged use, ensuring consistent cutting performance for an extended period. The 6-inch length of the blade provides excellent control and maneuverability, making it suitable for both detailed and heavy-duty cutting tasks. Whether I'm working on a small project or tackling a larger job, these blades handle it all with ease. They fit securely into my reciprocating saw and stay firmly in place throughout the cutting process.Another notable feature of these blades is their ability to resist heat buildup. Even when cutting through thick metal, the blades remain cool to the touch, reducing the risk of overheating and prolonging their lifespan. This heat resistance is especially beneficial when working on extensive cutting projects.I appreciate that these blades come in a pack of three, providing excellent value for the price. The multiple blades allow for continuous cutting without interruptions, and I have found that one blade lasts a remarkably long time before needing replacement. While these blades excel in cutting thick metal, they are also versatile enough to handle other materials such as wood and plastic. This versatility makes them a valuable addition to any toolbox, saving both time and effort by eliminating the need for multiple blade changes. In summary, the EZARC Carbide Reciprocating Saw Blade R678HM Endurance is a top-notch cutting tool for thick metal, cast iron, and alloy steel. Their exceptional cutting performance, durability, heat resistance, and versatility make them a must-have for any DIY enthusiast or professional tradesperson.I highly recommend these blades to anyone in need of reliable and long-lasting cutting performance. With the EZARC Carbide Reciprocating Saw Blade R678HM Endurance, you can tackle even the toughest cutting tasks with confidence.Disclaimer: I received no compensation for this review.

Made a clean cut through antique cast iron without damage to pipe
I bought these blades to cut through the original cast iron waste pipe in my 1880s farmhouse. The pipe was going through 24 in of concrete foundation and I wanted to cut it on both ends but without risking further damaging or breaking the pipe. The pipe was really thin on the outside and was broken in several places. These blades cut through smoothly without any signs of chipping or anything. I use the same blade to cut the pipe on the inside but on the inside I cut through the flange on a 90° elbow plus the pipe coming through the wall so it was quite thick. At least a half inch I think. It took a second for the blade to get started on the second cut and for a moment I was worried that it had dulled but once it got going it cut pretty good. I know it's common practice to kind of rock the saw up and down to change the angle the blade engages the material at but it seemed to help even more using this blade on cast iron then when I use the same technique on wood. Anyway the blades did what I wanted them to do I bought a three pack just in case but I only needed one. I also checked when I was cutting through the thick pipe several times to see if the blade was getting hot. I was very surprised it didn't even seem to get warm

Awesome Blades!
These blades are Awesome! I don't normally give reviews I like to read reviews to help me decide on a purchase so I figured I need to tell others how these blades impressed me. I bought the 10 pack instead of the 3 pack because I didn't know how good they would be. I had to cut up and dispose of a 50 ft mobile home frame. These blades saved me. I used a battery powered DeWalt Sawzall. I cut over 15 I beams with 1 blade. Also, 3 leaf spring cuts. I completed the whole project with 2 blades. (Over 20 cuts) I guess the other 8 blades will last my lifetime . I will probably never need to cut up that much metal ever again. I still have the 2nd blade to use lots of life left on it

Good Affordable Blades
I purchased these to cut out some control arm bolts on a second Gen dodge where the bolts seized in the sleeves. Let me preface by saying this is the second set of control arms I have done where I had to cut out the bolts. The first time I used a mix of Milwaukee carbide and torch blades which the hardened bolts destroyed many of, but they did get the job done. These blades made much quicker work of the bolts. Unfortunately I forgot that I needed a 9” blade so I made a trip to the hardware store where I paid nearly as much for a single 9” Diablo carbide blade and it cut substantially slower than these. I’m not saying it was a true test of the durability and performance of these blades stacked up against well known name brand blades, but in my opinion these did a fantastic job for a fraction of the price. I will definitely buy more of these when the ones I have become inoperable. I did not even chip the teeth on a single blade so I’m hoping they last a lot longer.

Good cast iron cut
Bought this to cut 100+ year old 3" cast iron, the very hard cast iron. Did a decent job, but it took 2 blades to make the 2 cuts.
