I bought these for a my classroom closet - it does not have knobs to lock. I got these bc they could go through the holes and keep it secure. They are easy to install, the quality is nice and thick bands and works well for what I needed it for. They are super easy to unlock and unlatch. These could be used for a lot of different things like bike locks, gates, all kinds of things. The only issue I had is that the keys are not different 1 key unlocks all locks .

Works exactly as promised! Easy to install and keeps curious little hands out of the fridge. The lock is sturdy and blends well with stainless steel appliances. Total lifesaver in my house!

This lock mechanism felt good on this and seems well made. The rubberized coating on the band ensures it won't scratch whatever you're locking. So this functioned as expected and didn't feel 'cheap' the way some things do.Just don't lose the keys! (I did, which was my fault. I had to cut through the cable with a bolt cutter. But now you know what to do if you lose the keys.)

So if you have a parent or a loved one living with you with Dementia like I do, this lock will come in handy to prevent late night pantry or refrigerator raids, LOL!! We use these for foster adoptive kids who steal like crazy! They work well but only on longer handles not the pull knobs. These are easy enough to work and have been almost foolproof. Good news is you don’t need the key to lock it up. Only to open it. Good for the fridge handles especially. Has some weak points. Especially if there is give to the handles and the screws are bent.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We purchased these locks for our liquor cabinet. We have long slender cabinet pulls and it works perfectly! It's not aesthetically pleasing, but it keeps the kids out and that was the important part. The lock comes with 2 keys and was reasonably priced.

Perfect for keeping my 2yr old granddaughter out of fridge. We had 2 combinations locks previously and they both had to be cut off because we could open it the code would not work anymore. This one works great and we leave the key in it so we don’t lose it
