How long are these utensils?

Mine are almost 13.5" long. I love these utensils but personally, I find them a little too long. They fall out of small skillets and pots but work great for large ones.

Do the oxo name and silver stripe decoration on the handle come off when washing or cooking? Are they metal or silver paper?

They are metal and no, they don't come off. I've had mine for at least a couple of years and they are still intact. I love this set and use mine all of the time.

What can i do if they send me two of one item instead of the correct one?
